Sauna and Plunge
Four distinct saunas
We have partnered with Skotlanti to bring four distinct Finnish-style saunas to Druid Street. Here you will find a large communal sauna, an Octagon with circular seating for a social vibe, a smaller dark sauna where you will really feel the heat, or an even smaller one for a quiet reset.
Three Cold Plunges
We have three beautifully crafted cold plunges set at a range of temperatures - providing the perfect zing of contrast between sauna cycles.
Using the Space
We recommend spending 10-15 minutes in the sauna, and 1-3 minutes in the cold plunge.
The benefits of sauna and cold plunge compound over time with repeat visits over the days and weeks, whilst also repeating up to around 3 cycles over the course of each session.
Make sure to take a breather for a few minutes between cycles and drink plenty of water to rehydrate from the sweat-loss. Your body knows its limits, so there is no pressure to push beyond what feels comfortable for you.
