Our saunas are a self-guided journey to enjoy at your own pace. We are a space to find community, but also somewhere to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Gently unwind after a busy week, or sweat out the stresses in our intense 90 degree sauna, followed by the endorphin rush of an icy plunge.
